TÜV AUSTRIA is a certification body authorised by REAL to award CMCS logos for compostable products intended for the UK market. The CMCS is administered by Renewable Energy Assurance Limited (REAL), which operates a range of third-party certification and consumer protection schemes.
By awarding both the OK compost INDUSTRIAL / HOME and the REAL logos, TÜV AUSTRIA certificate holders have a way of ensuring that their compostable products are recognised throughout the European and UK markets.
